Corporate communications, marketing and public affairs consultancy LLYC announces that it has recently bolstered its management team in Panama to enhance its talent and leadership. Michelle Tuy thus joins LLYC Panama as Managing Director, thereby overseeing operations management, while Manuel Domínguez moves up to serve as the firm’s president in the country.

Michelle Tuy, who will report directly to David González Natal, partner and Managing Director of the Northern Region at LLYC, has over 25 years of experience in the communications sector in Panama and has held leadership positions in prestigious agencies such as Star5 Creative, OMD and McCann Worldgroup. Her arrival constitutes a major step in strengthening LLYC’s business leadership structure, aiming to continue the firm’s growth plans in Panama.

The hitherto Managing Director, Manuel Domínguez, will take his extensive management profile and vast experience in the market to assume new representation and sales responsibilities as President of LLYC in Panama.

David Gonzalez Natal shares his views: “Under the leadership of Michelle Tuy, together with the vision of Manuel Domínguez and the experience of the rest of the management team, we want to reinforce our growth strategy at LLYC Panama, while enhancing our consulting model, driven by creativity and exponential technologies, to help our clients meet their major strategic challenges.”

Michelle Tuy shares her thoughts: “I am proud to have been entrusted by a consulting firm such as LLYC, of great local and international recognition, to make the firm grow in Panama and become even more competitive in the sector. I shall embrace this new position with enthusiasm, but also with the responsibility of bringing added value to the management of the operation and to clients in such an uncertain and volatile environment. For this, I will also have the support of a great team of professionals.”

Tuy and Domínguez will work hand in hand with the other members of the management team, professionals with extensive experience in corporate and brand communications: Margorieth Tejeira, Senior Risk and Corporate Leadership Director; Vicente Barletta, Senior Special Projects and Content Director; and Teresa Rey, Consumer Engagement and Digital Influence Director.

LLYC committed to Panama some 20 years ago because it sensed a future full of opportunities. The company today is very different from what it was then and is already on the move to be a very different one in another 20 years, in response to the permanent changes in the country and the needs of its customers.

In the current disruptive and uncertain context, LLYC helps its clients achieve their short-term business goals and set a path, with a medium and long-term vision, that upholds their social license to operate while enhancing their reputation.
