LLYC becomes the first ever company to win two Grand Stevie awards at a single International Business Awards

LLYC has won two Grand Stevie Awards at the 2021 International Business Awards, the world’s leading business award ceremony. Before this year, no company has ever received two Grand Stevies at the same event in a single year, an extraordinary feat.

The communication, digital marketing and public affairs consultancy firm won the Grand Stevie Award for Highest-Rated Nomination for “The Last Straw,” developed for McDonald’s. This campaign had previously won the Gold Stevie Award for Marketing Campaign of the Year, with a score of 9.67 out of 10. This project was designed by the LLYC Consumer Engagement team and developed with support from Creative Studio LLYC, as well as the company’s Corporate Communications and Public Affairs departments.

Additionally, LLYC won the Grand Stevie Award for Most Honored Communications Consultancy, scoring a total of 77 points for the 33 Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards received through corporate nominations and clients, including 3M, CCR, Deoleo, EY, Multiópticas, PTC Therapeutics and TOUS, among others.

Thus, LLYC has become the first ever company to win two Grand Stevie Awards at a single event in the same year, a unique milestone demonstrating the firm’s creative capacity and the quality of its projects, developed for clients across a wide variety of fields, including financial communication, corporate communication, crisis and risk management, consumer and talent engagement, healthcare and ESG, among others. The firm has won a total of eight Grand Stevie awards since 2013.

The Grand Stevie awards are a special, particularly important category of award, recognizing the International Business Awards’ most honored nominations and campaigns. This award category was created in 2002 by the United States, and remains the event’s broadest competition, assessing a wide range of companies the world over. This year, the awards received over 3,700 entries from 65 countries. The virtual ceremony for this year’s event will take place on December 8th.
