LLYC scoops five medals at the CLIO Awards 2023 together with La Moderna and BBK

Together with its clients BBK and La Moderna, LLYC won five medals at the 2023 CLIO Awards for projects led by the Consumer Engagement teams of LLYC Madrid and BESO by LLYC. These awards reflect the firm’s positioning in the creative sector, as they recognize the best advertising campaigns worldwide.

The following projects were recognized in this year’s edition:

– Sopa de Señas (Sign Language Soup) for La Moderna won a silver in the PR category: Cause Related. 

– Bihar, choose the future, with BBK, garnered 4 bronzes in Experience/Activation- Special Build; Media – Out of Home; Out of Home – Ambient; and Print & Out Of Home Craft – Art Direction. 

The CLIO Awards have ranked as one of the leading international creative festivals since 1959. It aims to support the creative industry and also help foster connections among the main players in this community. 

About the campaigns:

Sopa de Señas (Sign Language Soup), was conceived to raise awareness of the more than 2.4 million people in Mexico who are hearing impaired, was launched as part of Mexican Sign Language Day. This educational experience reinvents a traditional Mexican dish: Alphabet Soup. The Sign Language Soup Translator is thus presented as an interface so that anyone can learn about this language.

Bihar, choose the future; carried out for the BBK Foundation sought to promote sustainable competitiveness and its present and future effects for society through a series of actions that will help educate, sensitize and raise awareness in society about this fact. 

In the wake of a lengthy year of awards, the campaign racked up a total of 43 medals in the leading national and international competitions, in addition to the 4 bronze medals received at the 2023 CLIOs.
